WHEN WILL MY BAG BE SHIPPED OUT? 

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will be notified of the order’s USPS tracking number via email once you have place your order and the your order is shipped out. All domestic orders can take 1-4 days to get to you. 

International Orders: Your order can take from 6-15 days, depending where you are located. You will be provided a USPS tracking information, but we are not responsible for and damaged or lost packages. We also are not responsible for any customs fees for all international orders. Customer is responsible for all claims to courier. 

Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.

These shipping terms are accepted by you by placing an order with us. Minza LLC is also not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.

IS SHIPPING WITHIN USA FREE? 

Yes! It's true, all prices on the website include FREE standard shipping within the United States. Your MINZA bag is shipped from our warehouses located in New York City. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
